City & Guilds – CastleCare is one of the few care organisations to obtain City and Guilds status to train and assess staff to NVQ Level 3, 4 and RMA (Regional Managers Award). Our OCR Learning Support Assistant awards ensure that we are continually recognised as a organisation providing quality outcomes.
All care staff are expected to achieve an NVQ3 and we like to see an employee's career with us as a continuous learning process. To that end we offer a wide range of courses which are tailored to specific needs.
