CastleCare is proud to be an Investor in People and we have held the accreditation for many years. We believe we can only care for our young people if we first care for our staff. This means we recruit and retain the best staff around – giving social workers the confidence to rely on CastleCare for all their child placement needs.

Initial induction and foundation is mandatory for all staff and all care staff are supported to achieve an NVQ3. We view an employee’s career with us as a continuous learning process, therefore we offer a wide range of courses which are tailored to specific needs.

We also have a team of dedicated trainers to provide Team Teach and Child Protection training.
