Medium To Long Term Provision

Our medium to long term provision provides residential placements for young people who may need a more sustained level of support.

An emphasis on focused assessments and outcome based care planning, means that the medium to long term provision we provide gives support to social workers in identifying the most effective way to care for the young person.

Each home has a team of qualified staff who provide a caring environment in which the young people prepare for adulthood and develop key social skills as well as working towards the outcomes encouraged by the Every Child Matters framework.

This environment can be used as a springboard for young people to develop meaningful relationships within the community.
