Our emergency care services are renowned for providing an immediate solution when young people require a same day placement. Our network of homes offer a welcoming environment and are staffed with teams specifically trained to provide an individual short-term assessment of a young person’s needs and to manage crisis situations.

The homes are a place of safety, dealing with placement breakdowns, remand, respite and other crises.

Our staff will engage, reassure and stabilize the young person providing them with caring and concerned adult role models. All our placements are available through one simple phone call to our 24 hour referral helpline on 0800 917 5671.

Once a referral has been received a speedy response is guaranteed. We are determined to minimise placement moves, which means there is no limit to the length of placement if the home within which the crisis work is undertaken is identified as the best option for meeting the needs of the young person.

Our extensive homes network also ensures that should a need for a move arise, we will do our best to provide an alternative suitable residence.
