Hill Farm College

Hill Farm College offers residential and day school provision to young people who have ESBD and a range of additional special needs.

Its primary aim is to provide its students with the skills to function effectively within the community as adults and to equip them educationally, vocationally and socially.

Hill Farm College’s team of teachers and vocational instructors deliver the full national curriculum in addition to a wide range of vocational courses including hair and beauty, furniture restoration and horticulture. Courses undertaken lead to nationally recognised qualifications and range from AQA units to GCSEs and NVQs.

Students have the opportunity to take part in exciting innovative activities such as the National Healthy Schools Award and the National Eco Schools Awards. All these additional elements reinforce embedded learning such as literacy and numeracy, in addition to improving social skills and social awareness.

Students and residents accessing educational and care packages are encouraged and enabled to progress from the college to employment or further education.
