We acknowledge that such self-destructive behaviours often originate out of complex histories and will mirror the exclusion and abuse the young person may have suffered from an early age.
Many of the young people in our care will also require the services of our sister agencies such as Youth Offending Teams, C.A.M.H’s, Health and Legal services to truly offer a framework of fully integrated resources in our objective of achieving successful outcomes.
Our professional staff work closely with the young people to help them address the issues their displays of negative behaviour create so that they can gain a level of independent control and begin to, once again, function and contribute to society.
